D&D Climate Action Network

A learning community for facilitation professionals who are active and/or interested in climate change work

Welcome to the D&D Climate Action Network!

Who we are: We are a diverse community of practice, including facilitative leaders, conversational hosts, networkers, consultants, and "process people". What we have in common, is using participatory practices and/or conversational leadership to help people take effective action in response to climate change.

Our purpose: is to foster shared learning, and to support networking and collaboration among all of us engaged in this work.

How we are doing this: We meet monthly in a teleconference (launched off this QiQoChat site using zoom), where we network with one another, initiate conversations on what is working or best practices, and share helpful information including links to sites and resources on climate change topics. We also host this digital QiQoChat site, where you can connect between calls by joining conversations.

How you can participate: If you are a member, sign up to host an upcoming call on our planning Google Doc:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WSEDqPN549s_b30Ahloq0BN0rpj7r4ZifhbwSArzlQo/edit?usp=sharing

Note: this group became a "closed group" in 2017. We may be reconsidering that soon.

Browse our member profiles. Browse our resources -- go up to the "Menu" icon on the upper left, and then go to "Overview of Resources". (Mostly from 2016, as our resource list has not been updated in a while.)
